Connect With a Counsellor
In accordance with Manitoba Public Health restrictions, our in-person counselling services have been temporarily suspended. However, counselling services are still available through phone, email or online video and can be requested through this online service.
If you have Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or Individual Assistance Program (IAP) coverage you can use this service to request an appointment with a counsellor.

If you are in crisis, in need of immediate assistance or are experiencing thoughts of suicide - the following options are more appropriate than this service:
