Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability plans are designed to provide a monthly income to employees confronted with loss of income during a lengthy or permanent disability. It also enables you to avoid heavy financial obligations of continuing income to a non-productive employee, or conversely to avoid leaving the employee with no sources of income other than from government plans.

The benefit amount is expressed as a percentage of salary and will continue for the duration of the employee's period of disability subject to the plan design.
