Manitoba Excellence in Contact Centre Achievement

Manitoba Blue Cross has once again been recognized by the Manitoba Contact Centre Association for the outstanding practices we've put into place in our Information Services Centre.

This year we were honoured to be the recipient of three awards for Manitoba Excellence in Contact Centre Achievement:

  • 2011 Environment Award for Small Contact Centre (3rd consecutive year)
  • 2011 Community Small Contact Centre Award (2nd consecutive year)
  • 2011 Employee Satisfaction Award

Not only did Manitoba Blue Cross win these three significant awards, we were also honoured that Shannon Granovsky, Manager, Customer Service, was the recipient of 2011 Contact Centre Manager of the Year.
